Does the order come in pairs or do I need to order two separate items?
Custom embroidery must be tailored to each product as everyone has unique ideas and customization needs, such as initials on sleeves or specific icons. Therefore, at TosCustom, we offer individual embroidery services rather than in pairs. You'll need to place an order for each item separately, add them to your cart, and then complete your purchase in a single transaction to ensure that each piece is perfectly personalized.
How do I add icons?
Each product page features an icon with a designated sequence number. Simply note the icon number, and our customer service team will select it and request our designers to process your choice. If you want to show more icons, just click here. Alternatively, you can provide any external icon you have; we will replicate the design exactly. If you wish to change the color, just include that in your notes.
Can I see the design before purchasing?
Because of the handmade product, we are not able to show the design before placing the order. We offer unlimited revisions and only make embroidery once it's approved. We make sure you are 100% satisfied with the final.
How do I upload multiple images onto one sweatshirt?
Please select 'upload' and choose multiple images. If you encounter any issues, email us at support@toscustom.com with the images you wish to have embroidered, along with your order ID.
How many words can be written on one sleeve?
Maximum 30 characters.
Do you embroider the design in another position other than the default position you post on your website?
Embroidery Placements You Can Customize:
- Chest: Choose from left (above heart), right, or middle.
- Sleeve: Left, right, or both sleeves.
- Neckline: Collar area.
- Hood: Available for hoodies only.
- Back: Full back coverage.
Feel free to change the embroidery thread color, font style, or position. If your desired option isn't listed, please send me a message, and I'll assist you.

I cannot add it to my cart?

Where do you ship and how long will it take for me to receive my order?
TOSCUSTOM products are shipped from our warehouses at GUIYANG, GUIZHOU, CHINA.

We offer expedited shipping for international orders. However, please note that this fast shipping only covers the transit from our factory to the international shipping center. Once the package reaches there, it will follow the standard international shipping routes and customs processes of your country. As this method may not significantly speed up the overall delivery time, we recommend planning and ordering your custom embroidered gifts well in advance.

Where is my package?
When the product is shipped, an email with a tracking number (as well as the link) is sent to your email address. You can track the package using the tracking number from there, or you can track with your order number here: track your order.
