2. Design Confirmation: We will create an embroidery design proposal and wait for customer approval.
3. Production Schedule: Once the design is confirmed, we will arrange for production, which typically takes 1-3 days.
4. Shipping Arrangement: After production is complete, we will arrange for shipping. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 days.

How long for shipment?

• The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
• Processing time: 1-3 Working Days
• Shipping time: 5~15 Working Days

International Shipping

1. Availability:

   • We currently support shipping worldwide. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if we cannot ship to a specific area.

2. Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

   • International shipping and delivery estimates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
   • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

3. Duties, Customs, and Taxes:

   • TOSCUSTOM™ is not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Restrictions

1. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
   • We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

Damage and Issues

1. Damaged or Lost Packages:

   • TosCustom is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
   • Please save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.

2. Address Errors:

   • We are not responsible if an order is undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address information provided by the customer. Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing an order
